Description

The MC9S08AW16 is one of the members of the low-cost, high-performance HCS08 family of 8-bit microcontroller units (MCUs). All MCUs in the family use the enhanced S08 core and are available with a variety of modules, memory sizes, memory and package types. MC9S08AW microcontrollers support both the Industrial and Automotive industry.

    Optional auto wake-up from Stop 2 or Stop 3 modes with internal timer typically requires only 300 nA additional current
